After cutting the Twirl, I decided to try some card packaging using 200 gsm Kraft card. With a few attempts I got the laser to cut and then score the folds for me. I’ll think I’ll get in some A3 kraft card and make a bigger version of this...

I’ve been wanting to try a bit more card and paper cutting, it requires much less power and you can even get away with turning the air assist on, so less smoke smudges! I managed to find a couple of vectors online that I could quickly convert into laser friendly...
